Floating device that can be installed as a cover in tanks for the “always full” technique. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present specification defines a device consisting of a floating and inflatable lid that is intended to prevent the oxidation of a liquid element such as wine, oil or the like, when it is stored inside a tank or tank with fixed capacity, and in the that the volume of the liquid is generally variable, so that the liquid is in contact with the air and oxidizes when the volume of the liquid is less than the capacity of the tank. The present invention defines a floating and inflatable lid, of plastic material, preferably for food use, so it is flexible, roller and foldable, in addition to allowing it to be reusable in different tanks or tanks.
The invention is particularly suitable for use in wine storage tanks or tanks, but it is equally applicable to other liquid products that must be preserved from the air so as not to lose their properties such as oil, milk or others. BACKGROUND
The preferred scope of application of the invention is that of wine cellars and, in this regard, the evolution that wine production has suffered over time, partly due to the needs that have arisen from the use of new warehouses for storage, is one of the aspects so today the technification of the production process has been improved.
In old estates and various wineries when there were to store remains of wine that remained from the movement of the wine between the different deposits, they had different types of deposits with different capacities, which allowed

accumulate different volumes of wines in each of them. In this way, the wine was stored with the absence of oxygen preventing its oxidation, but the quality of the wine decreased and also encouraged the mixing between different types of wines in that process. Currently in large wineries this type of organization called transfer is still used, but in the search for more specific characteristics of the wine and in the intention of improving quality analytical controls, other systems have been developed that also prevent the oxidation of wine without having to transfer it between the different tanks, what is defined as the “always full” technique, in which two main ones stand out, which are the inclusion in the inert gas tanks and the installation in the tanks of floating roof devices.
The techniques that refer to the inertization system, such as those reflected in the patents ES 2225942 of Gaubert Gui, or the patent GB2330761 of Safeway stores, have in common that they consist of the introduction of an inert gas into a tank or tank at a minimum pressure so that this gas occupies the volume of air or oxygen that remains between the reservoir and the liquid, moves the air outwards by means of an automatic system and keeps the inert gas inside the reservoir at a certain minimum pressure , making it impossible for oxygen or air to enter which causes oxidation of the liquid. Although this system is used by different farms, it has the disadvantage of having a high operating cost due to the consumption of these inert gases (usually nitrogen), in addition to the need for a fixed pipe installation that runs from each of the deposits in those that you want to install up to a block of gas bottles. As a consequence, it is not the method mostly used for its cost of service and for the sealing problems that are required.
As for the technique consisting of floating roofs, these are solutions that are based on the installation in the tanks and tanks of a fixed device consisting of a floating roof that slides through the interior of the tank until it is placed on top of the liquid, avoiding this so that there is air between the lid and the liquid. We highlight the US230708 patent of David W. Jayne in which the tank has a central metal guide through which a rigid metal lid slides vertically; US Pat. No. 2,472,374 to Morris A. Nunes, which defines a rigid cover and

solid with a flexible end to be used in tanks for food products; or the patent ES0213739 of Demiano Gallo in which an assembly roof for tanks is defined, which forms a rigid non-sliding and collapsible element that is preferably usable in tanks without a lid. It is true that these solutions intend to solve the problem of oxidation of the liquid, however, they present problems derived from the rigid structure of the ceilings, which make them heavy, which makes the maneuverability of the ceiling difficult, the perfect coupling to the surface of the liquid and therefore the tightness of the assembly given that it needs additional elements which are expensive and difficult to install, and following the maneuverability problems, the existing devices to date make it impossible for them to be reused in other tanks.
The invention object of this patent solves all these previous problems of the existing covers or ceilings, since an inflatable floating lid is presented, which is easily introduced or removable in the tank since it weighs little and allows it to be introduced by the access mouths already existing in the deposits, and this also allows it to be reusable in other deposits; This maneuverability allows it to be cleaned correctly, efficiently and with great ease; it's a cover
or float that allows a perfect coupling on the water line, since thanks to some inner tensioners or threads it is possible that the contact surface is perfectly flat and allows the cover or float assembly not to bulge while its rigid faces remain, and on swelling it allows the lateral coupling with the tank walls to be also perfect, and therefore the volume of air in contact with the liquid is negligible. Therefore, this invention constitutes a clear technical advance with respect to the covers used in the “always full” techniques. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The device consisting of a floating and inflatable lid, which we can define either as a roof or as a float, which is manually introduced into any type of liquid storage tank or tank, preferably in the food field, and that is simply swollen by means of a compressor.

This is placed or floated on the surface of the liquid and therefore eliminates the possibility that the volume of liquid is in contact with air.
The floating cover or float, which as mentioned is inflatable, is composed of a plastic material for food use, such as PVC, inside which threads or tensioners are located that allow stiffening the body of the float when it is swollen. It is therefore that this float is a three-dimensional woven structure whose two base fabrics are interrelated with numerous spacer threads, and since each spacer thread has the same length, a maximum distance between the two base or contour fabrics is maintained or defined. . In this way, when filling the hollow body with the air coming from the compressor, the tensioning threads and the contour guarantees the obtaining and maintenance of the desired shape, being a dimensionable and stable body that is fixed to the side walls of the tank and maintains its two flat upper and lower faces without risk of bulging.
The floating lid when not swollen, being of a plastic material, weighs little, is flexible and therefore is roller and foldable, which allows manually using a cable or rope can be either inserted or removed from the body of the tank by any opening in the walls of the tank or simply by the upper mouth enabled in the tanks. This makes this floating lid reusable in other tanks, as well as its cleaning so that there is no interaction between different types of wines or other food or non-food liquids that can be oxidized on contact with air.
In turn, the floating lid, which when swollen its lower face is smooth, on its upper face has a series of sealed and fixed elements, which are:
- handles to improve the manual manipulation of the lid when it is deflated, 2 being the optimum number of handles;
- an air intake, either for the inlet or for the air outlet, which allows a hose or plastic tube to be connected to a compressor, which is recommended that with a pressure gauge regulate the internal pressure of the float;

- and a plurality of rings on which a rope or cable is fixed or wound and not only allow the vertical movement of introduction or removal of the float when it is deflated but also allows the manipulation or leveling of the float for a correct swelling; the number of rings being between 3 and 12, depending on the diameter of the tank.
Another aspect of the invention is that the floating device described herein can have an aerator, preferably in the central area of the float and which can be removable.
Additionally, a continuous air supply line can be provided so that the pressure of the device is constant, and therefore, being the constant pressure the float or floating cover does not lose the configuration or shape once time passes.
Finally it is indicated that this device is free of moorings or fixed type elements in the tank.
In order to complete the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part thereof, where the following has been represented as an illustrative and non-limiting nature:
Fig.1.- Represents the elevation section of the floating lid when it is swollen.
Fig. 2 .- Represents the floor of the floating lid.
Fig. 3.- Represents a section of the elevation of the floating lid inside a tank with a certain volume of liquid, in which the floating lid is swollen
Fig.4.- Represents a section of the elevation of the floating cover inside a tank without liquid, in which the floating cover is deflated and therefore can be displaced vertically for its extraction.
Fig. 5 .- Represents a section of the elevation of the floating lid inside a tank, according to Fig. 4, in which the extraction by the upper mouth of the tank of said deflated floating lid is represented.

Description of the drawings
In Fig1 and Fig2 the floating or float cover is represented, which is composed of a plastic material for food use, which is a woven three-dimensional structure whose two base fabrics, upper (1) and lower (2), that delimit the contours are interrelated with numerous spacer threads (3) or tensioners inside which allow stiffening of the float body when it is swollen. In this way, when filling the hollow body with the air coming from the compressor, the tensioning threads (3) guarantee the obtaining and maintenance of the desired shape, being a dimensionable and stable body that is fixed to the side walls of the tank (4) and keeps its two upper and lower faces (1 and 2) flat without the risk of bulging. As can also be seen in these figures, and especially in Fig. 2, this floating cover has on its upper face (1) a series of sealed and fixed elements, which are two handles (8) to improve the manual handling of the lid when it is deflated; an air intake (6), either for the inlet or for the air outlet, which allows a hose (60) or plastic tube to be connected to a compressor (61), which is recommended that with a pressure gauge that check the internal pressure of the float; and a plurality of rings (7), which in this case are 3, in which a rope (71) or cable is fixed by winding, clamping or the like and allows not only the vertical movement of introduction or removal of the float when it is deflated but also allows the manipulation and / or leveling of the float for proper swelling. In this set of figures, an aerator (5) has also been included, which is optional, and which in this case is located in the central area of the float, which can be said removable aerator.
In Fig. 3 it is observed how when filling the hollow body of the float with the air coming from the compressor (61), being able to introduce the hose (60) through the upper mouth of the tank (4), the tensioning threads (3) guarantee the obtaining and maintaining the desired shape, the float being stable and fixing to the side walls of the tank (4) and keeping its two upper and lower faces (1 and 2) flat without the risk of bulging, and in particular it is observed as the face bottom (2) is flat and at the level of the volume of the liquid not allowing air volume between the floating lid and the volume of liquid.

In Fig. 4 and Fig5 the ease of handling said floating lid is observed, in this case when the liquid reservoir is empty. For this, having previously deflated the cover, and therefore the cover being deflated and the separating threads (3) or non-rigid tensioners, the cover assembly is flexible and is
5 roller, which allows manually using a cable (71) or rope attached to the handles (7) can be either inserted or removed from the body of the tank by any opening in the walls of the tank or simply by the upper mouth enabled in deposits (4).
Described sufficiently in what precedes the nature of the invention, taking into
10 account that the terms that have been drafted in this specification should be taken in a broad and non-limiting sense, as well as the description of how to put it into practice, and, demonstrating that it constitutes a positive technical advancement, is why It requests the registration of the patent, being what constitutes the essence of the aforementioned invention, which is specified in the following
